Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to anyone who applies to, or is invited into, the Guest POV affiliate program. By submitting an application or accepting an invite, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

Every application is reviewed manually. We may decline or remove any applicant or affiliate at our discretion, including for the prohibited activity described below.

Once approved, you'll get a personal referral link and, where applicable, a discount code. A referral is attributed to you when someone signs up via your link, or enters your code at checkout. Each host account can only ever be attributed to one affiliate — the first valid attribution wins.

You earn commission on the first purchase your referral makes. Your rate depends on your current reward tier, shown on your affiliate dashboard and on the public program page. Rates are set per tier and may change over time — a rate change only applies to commission earned after the change, never retroactively.

Recurring commission on renewals is a feature of some accounts, not a guarantee attached to every referral automatically — where it's enabled on your account, the rate and how long it applies (by date, duration, or total amount) are confirmed when your application is approved or when your account terms are updated, and shown on your dashboard. If your account doesn't have recurring commission enabled, you're welcome to ask us about it.

Tiers are based on your number of successful referrals (distinct customers who completed a first purchase through your link or code). Reaching a tier's referral threshold makes you eligible for that tier's rates and any milestone bonus — moving you up is always a deliberate step on our side once you're eligible, not automatic the instant you qualify.

We may adjust tier thresholds, rates, or bonus amounts at any time. Changes apply going forward only.

If a referred customer's payment is refunded or a charge is reversed, any commission tied to that charge is reversed too. Commission is held for a short period after a charge before becoming payable, specifically to account for this.

Payable commission is paid out via bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal — whichever you've set up on your dashboard. There's a £25 minimum balance before a payout can be requested or processed. You're responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any tax obligations on the income you earn through the program.

You agree not to:

• Refer yourself, or use your own link/code on your own account
• Misrepresent Guest POV, its pricing, or your relationship to it
• Use spam, deceptive ads, or unsolicited messaging to promote your link
• Bid on Guest POV's brand terms in paid search advertising
• Attempt to manipulate referral counts, clicks, or commission through fraudulent means

Violating any of these may result in commission being withheld or reversed, and removal from the program.

You can stop promoting Guest POV at any time — there's no ongoing obligation. We may suspend or remove an affiliate account for inactivity, a terms violation, or at our discretion. Commission already earned and payable at the time of removal is still paid out; referrals attributed to you before removal are not retroactively reassigned.

We may update these terms as the program develops. We'll aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes. Continuing to participate in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
